THE ULTIMATE DESTINATION FOR EVENTS AND FUNCTIONS IN BURLEIGH HEADS

Booking any of our event spaces in Burleigh Heads is absolutely free. All you need to do is sign a booking agreement and provide a $500 deposit to secure your reservation for parties with more than 30 guests. The $500 deposit will be deducted from your final bill, making it more convenient for you!

You’ll find our minimum spends listed below. All Event & Function Bookings are allocated a 3 hour time slot which can be increased by prior arrangement.

For bookings that exceed thirty guests or more it is mandatory to pre order and prepay for food no later than fourteen days prior to the event.

This allows our chef the necessary lead up time to prepare for a larger event or function. Simply select the banquet menu option that best fits your party and book it in. Choose from a stunning array of platters, canapes or set menus

While we may be a smokehouse, we love our Vegan and Vegetarian friends! Our Chef has hand crafted a diverse selection of Vegan and Vegetarian platters, entrees and dishes to make any attendee feel spoilt for choice!

It is of the utmost importance that all attendees feel welcome and catered too here at Burleigh Barrels. 

We aim to cater to all dietary requirements and are committed to working closely with you to achieve this. We do ask that we have this information in full at least fourteen days prior to the event, to give ourselves the proper lead time to make your day a success! 

Burleigh Barrels is more than a venue, we’re a family. We seek to create an environment where all ages feel welcome. We encourage a family friendly atmosphere and you’re welcome to bring the little ones to any event or function.

Please do be aware that we don’t have a dedicated kids area, so it may be worthwhile to bring activities to keep them entertained. We do need all children who attend to be accompanied by a parent or legal guardian. 

We do ask that patrons who smoke or vape kindly refrain from doing so out the front of Burleigh Barrels. Due to the close proximity to the Shell service station outside we ask that you instead use our dedicated smoking area instead.

At Burleigh Barrels our goal is to provide the best stress free experience possible on your special day. That means screens, sound system and microphones are all provided by us! 

We understand the desire for each event to be unique and special! You’re welcome to decorate the function room though we do ask that you refrain from using permanent fixtures or sticky tape as these may damage our walls. Please be aware that the use of glitter and table scatters may result in a cleaning fee being charged.

Typically we allow decorations to be put up an hour before the event. However we encourage you to chat with our events and function team prior to booking to determine the best way to decorate the space to cater to your needs. 

You’re more than welcome to bring a cake, we’ll even provide free refrigeration to keep it fresh. You’e welcome to cut it yourself or have our team handle it for a small cakeage fee.

We’re all about the sound here at Burleigh Barrels! Live music is a part of our DNA and we have musicians performing most weekends. Should you desire it, we can easily transmit their performance through to the Courtyard Bar.

Alternatively the Courtyard Bar has a sound system complete with Bluetooth for all your musical requirements. Please be aware however that due to noise restrictions we cannot perform or play music in the outdoor courtyard. 

Burleigh Barrels is a licensed premise adheres to strict local and state regulations. All attendees must have legal proof of identification and we reserve the right to deny entry to those who cannot produce it.

Similarly the responsible service of alcohol is a key priority for us. Our Staff team has been trained to identify signs of intoxications. If an attendee appears to be displaying signs of intoxication it is our responsibility to refuse service. We aim to do this in a respectful manner, however we receive the right to ask a patron to leave the premises
