We love creating new and exciting brews for you to try. From a glitter infused sour through to a maple bacon porter, we have done some epic brews over the last year. Below is the list of special releases that are on tap and those that have come and gone. Remember, all of our special releases are around for a good time, not a long time.

HAZY BOY
BURLEIGH BARRELS
Hazy Boy is tropical-infused hazy pale ale that whisks you away to paradise. Bursting with flavours of ripe mango, zesty grapefruit and tangy passionfruit. This medium-bodied brew is crafted with Riwaka, Motueka, Idaho 7, Amarillo and Strata Hops. Boasting a hazy golden hue, light bitterness and a soft, pillowy mouthfeel. BURLEIGH MULE SOUR 4.5% ABV

A Burleigh Barrels take on the classic cocktail, the Moscow Mule. The combination of citrus from the lime combined with ginger and finishing with a crisp mint flavour, this sour beer is a summer cocktail in a glass.

Our very first cab off the rank for our Summer Sour Series 22/23'. Inspired by the classic cocktail - the Cosmopolitan, it has hints of Cranberry, Lime and Triple Sec -super refreshing for those hot summer days!

In week two of our Summer Sour Series 22/23' and we've gone with an old classic and crowd favourite - Mango. Nothing fancy here, just a whack load of tasty mango and a sour that is sure to be your new fave!

I LOVE YUZU TOO STU
YUZU SOUR
We used Yuzu as the hero in this weeks sour. What's Yuzu you may ask? It is a fragrant and sour citrus fruit, commonly associated with Japanese cooking. We achieved the right balance in our Yuzu Sour to make for a refreshingly sessionable sour.

Ready for some Apricot-y goodness? If it smells like Apricot, tastes like Apricot… then it must be Apricot!

MARGARITA SOUR
On those days where you feel like a beer and a margarita - Por Que No Los Dos "why not have both?". Our Margarita sour is the perfect combination of both and is just the choice when you can't decide on just one!

Our Fairy Floss Sour - it tastes like sweet, sugary floss balanced perfectly with its tart sourness. In other words, it's fairy good.

Reminiscent of peach iced tea, our 'Peached As' sour is as refreshing as it sounds. Featuring sweet, juicy aromas of this delicious stone fruit paired with its sour tartness - it's the perfect way to end a day.

Uncle Knuckles, a traditional lager beer drinker has always classed craft beers as magical unicorn beers. So for crafted we thought we would create the most magical unicorn beer we could in his honour, a Blue sherbert sour with edible glitter. The Unmistakable zing of sherbert combined with the tartness of a kettle sour beer gives an enjoyable soft sour flavour reminiscent of a sherbet candy. The additional of Green edible glitter has transformed its appearance into a green shimmering beauty.
